Raymond is a highly qualified and experienced Technical Director with over 30 years’ experience providing senior quality and technical roles and is an instrumental in the managing the Scope iT team. Raymond also has technically audited and assessed for ARCA and is skilled in project management, quality and technical management with a proven history in delivering, and managing, asbestos removal programmes and abatement programmes. Raymond is passionate about technical and quality management and delivering quality management systems at the highest level.

Debbie has over 30 years of asbestos consultancy experience. With a degree in Combined studies in Sciences, Mathematics and Biology, Debbie first trained as an Environmental Scientist. With a strong technical background and numerous qualifications for the asbestos industry, Debbie has extensive experience as a Principal Consultant, Auditor, Trainer and has led management roles in quality, operations and asbestos projects. Debbie has always worked in UKAS accredited organisations being commercially focused dealing with a broad range of clients as well as liasing with enforcing authorities. Debbie many qualifications includes IOSH Managing Safely and CMI Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management. She is currently pursuing RSPH Level 4 Certificate in Asbestos Laboratory and Project Management.

David is a qualified bulk analyst with over 9 years experience in the asbestos industry and over 20 years experience in the environmental testing sector. Having worked as a qualified bulk analyst with us for more than 8 years, David stepped up to the supervisory role and is presently Scope iT’s Laboratory Manager. He leads a team of experienced and motivated bulk analysts who understands the importance of maintaining high quality standards and accurate results, whilst adhering to strict turnaround times to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sarah trained and qualified as an asbestos surveyor at Scope iT and is a competent and best performing site surveyor. She progressed to Project Manager furthering her experience and training in technical and best quality practices of the asbestos consulting industry. Sarah is also qualified to audit the competence and output of our asbestos surveyors and analysts when she became our Site manager.Sarah currently holds our technical sales role fulfilling our business development and client interfaces. Her strong technical knowhow and site experience allows us to scope clients’ requirements in a precise manner towards a successful signoff.

An experienced Finance Manager of 17 years, Barry’s role within the company is integral in financial operations, business forecast and reporting. Combining a strong financial knowledge with a commercial focus, Barry’s financial productivity tools track our site and team performance towards continual progress for our clients.
